A café with a bohemian décor, perfect for brunching or getting some work done with a good flat white. Special mention for their pancakes with red fruits!

76 Rue des Tournelles
Small, cozy, specialty coffee shop with excellent filter coffees and homemade pastries. Ideal for a solo break or a quiet breakfast.
3. Passager Café
107 Avenue Ledru-Rollin
A haunt of passionate baristas, very popular among locals. Their banana bread is a classic!

1. Miznon Marais
22 Rue des Écouffes
Israeli street food in a very lively atmosphere. The roasted cauliflower sandwich is legendary, and the portions are generous!
2. Bouillon République
39 Bd du Temple
The good old Parisian bistro… at low prices! Traditional French dishes in a large Art Deco style brasserie. Starters from €2, mains from €8.
3. Aujourd’hui Demain
42 Rue du Chemin Vert
Vegan concept store with a modern canteen. A perfect option for vegetarians and the curious.

1. Square Trousseau
7 minutes walk from the hostel
A small flowering garden, peaceful atmosphere, perfect for reading or picnicking. A haven of peace between two visits.
2. Coulée Verte René-Dumont
Entrance: 44 Rue de Lyon
An old railway transformed into a suspended walkway, the Parisian version of New York’s High Line. Great spot at sunrise or sunset.
3. Jardin de l’Hôtel de Sully
Rue Saint-Antoine, discreet access!
A hidden garden in the heart of the Marais. Little-known, calm, beautiful — and free.
